For FINKS, we’re exploring exceptional spring water to complement our organic potato spirit. Saratoga Spring Water, a brand with roots in Saratoga Springs, New York, is one option we’re considering. Clean character, consistent quality and the way the water works in the finished vodka will guide our choice.
